摘要
目的 :检测超声诊断剂量与人早孕绒毛细胞凋亡的关系。材料与方法 :将拟进行人工流产的 2 4例早孕 (45~6 0d)妇女随机分为 4组 :对照组为空白照射组、10min组、2 0min组和 30min组。应用Hp 85 0 0彩色多普勒超声诊断仪 ,对孕囊进行不同时间的持续照射 ,照射后 2 4h取材。用原位末断脱氧核苷酸转移酶标记 (TUNEL)技术检测上述各组绒毛组织凋亡细胞。结果 :超声照射后 10min组绒毛组织凋亡细胞与对照组无差别 ,2 0min组和 30min组凋亡细胞明显增加 ,显著大于对照组和 10min组 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 :诊断超声持续照射早孕孕囊组织 >10min可引起绒毛滋养层细胞凋亡增加 ,且随照射时间延长而继续增加。
Purpose: To investigate the relationship between cell apoptosis of first trimester pregnancy villi and diagnostic ultrasound. Materials and Methods: 24 first trimester pregnant women were randomly categorized into four groups according to different radiation time: Control Group (bland radiation)、 10min Group、 20min Group、 30min Group. Gestational sac were radiated by HP 8500 color Doppler ultrasonography with 3.5MHz transducer. Their villi were removed at 24 hour after the radiation. Apoptotic rate of villi was detected by terminal deoxynucleotityl transferase mediated dUTP nick ned labeling (TUNEL). Results: The rate of apoptosis of the first trimester pregnancy villi in Control Group syncytiotrophobasts and cytotrophoblasts were 44.56±13.24% and 43.14±11.76% respectively. After radiation the apoptotic rate increased in 20min Group and 30min Group, peaking to 59.64±11.85% in 30min syncytiotrophoblasts and 61.43±10.13% in 30min cytotrophoblasts. There was no difference between Control Group and 10min Group (P>0 05). Conclusion: Ultrasound radiation continuously over 10minutes using diagnostic ultrasound may result in apoptotic rate increase in first trimester pregnancy villi.
