摘要
目的 探讨糖尿病视网膜病变 (DR)早期患者视神经传递功能的变化。方法 按 VEP标准 ,对早期DR患者 39例 (78只眼 )和对照组 2 4例 (4 8只眼 )作图形和闪光四类 VEP检测 ,兼作 OPs记录。结果 早期 DR患者与对照组比有关指标的各参数呈现显著改变 ,除 F- VEP之 P值 <0 .0 5外 ,其余均 P<0 .0 1;各指标异常率情况 OPs>VEP,而 VEP中 P- VEP>P- On/ off- VEP、P- S- VEP>F- VEP。将 39例早期 DR患者划分成两类眼底 ,则背景性眼底上述参数的异常率较正常眼底成倍或数倍增加。结论 早期 DR患者除有视网膜功能 (OPs)改变外 ,确有视神经传递功能 (VEP)的变化 ,随病情加重 ,此种变化越明显 ;并且不同类型的 VEP,在
Objective To explore the functional change of visual nervous transmission in early diabetic retinopathy.Methods According to standard for visual evoked potentials,four sorts of VEP by pattern or flash stimuli,and OPs were recorded in 39 early DR patients(age:39-67) and 24 age matched control subjects.Results (1)The all parameters of VEPs and OPs in early DR patients were showed significant alterations(P<0 01),except flash VEP(P<0 05),in comparison with the controls.(2)In the abnormal rates of all parameters of early DR patients,OPs was the great as compared with VEPs,and the sequence of abnormal rates of VEPs was in order:P-VEP>P-On/off-VEP、P-S-VEP>F-VEP.(3)To divide ocular-fundus of the early DR patients into two types,the abnomal rates of the above-mentioned parameters in the background type were increased by multiples of the normal type.Conclusions Besides of retinal function,there certainly were the latent functional change of visual nervous transmission in the early diabetic retinopathy,and the neurophysiological abnormalities were showed more obvious with the serious degrees of the disease.And it was also indicated that degrees of involvement of foursort VEPs were different in the early diabetes.
