非穿透性小梁切除术23眼临床报告

Clinical report of nonpenetrating trabeculectomy

目的 观察非穿透性小梁切除术后的疗效。方法 采用非穿透性小梁切除术的黏小管切开术式治疗中、晚期原发性开角型青光眼 2 3例 (33只眼 ) ,随访 3～ 6个月。结果 眼压控制≤ 2 1m m Hg32只眼 (97% ) ,无严重并发症。结论 非穿透性小梁切除术对原发性开角型青光眼的近、中期降眼压效果显著 。

Objective To observe treating effect after nonpenetrating trabeculectomy.Methods 23 cases (33 eyes) in the middle、late stage of open-angle glaucoma were treated by viscocanalostomy,followed up for 3～6 months.Results 32 eyes(97%) IOP≤21mmHg,no serious complication.Conclusion Nonpenetrating trabeculectomy seemed obviously effective and secure on the early、middle stage primary open-angle glaucoma.
