扁平部造瘘术治疗角膜葡萄肿

Corneal staphyloma treated by ciliary pars plana sclerostomy

目的 探讨睫状体扁平部造瘘术治疗角膜葡萄肿的效果。方法 16例 16眼角膜葡萄肿施行了扁平部造瘘术 ,并对术后临床效果进行了分析、评价。结果 经随访观察 3个月～ 1年 ,16眼中 15眼角膜葡萄肿消失 ,4眼视力有不同程度提高 ,12眼眼压保持正常范围。结论 扁平部造瘘术是治疗角膜葡萄肿、保留眼球。

Objective Exploring the treatment effect of corneal staphyloma used with ciliary pars plana sclerostomy.Methods Corneal staphyloma,16 eyes out of 16 cases,have been carried out plana sclerostomy and we have analyzed and evaluated the post-operation.Results Corneal staphyloma in 15 of 16 eyes disappeared,following up 3 months to one year.Of which 4 eyes achieved a rise in different sight.The intraocular pressure maintained in normal extent.Conclusion Plana sclerostomy is one of the effective methods of curing for corneal staphyloma,retaining eyeball and saving partial sight.
