儿童肺炎肺炎支原体及肺炎衣原体联合基因诊断研究

摘要 目的 :探讨我国肺炎儿童中肺炎支原体 (Mycoplasmapneumoniae ,Mpn)和肺炎衣原体 (Chlamydiapneumoniae,Cpn)的感染状况和Mpn与Cpn合并感染状况。方法 :收集 80例健康儿童和 134例肺炎儿童之咽拭子标本 ,应用套式PCR(nestedPCR)技术进行检测 ,并随机抽取Mpn和Cpn各 3例套式PCR阳性产物进行全自动荧光DNA测序确认。结果 :肺炎儿童Mpn和Cpn套式PCR阳性检出率分别高达 30 .0 %和 35 .0 % ,明显高于健康儿童的 2 .5 %和 2 .5 % (P均 <0 .0 1) ,肺炎儿童中Mpn、Cpn双重阳性者为 2 7例 ,达 2 0 .1%。结论 :Mpn和Cpn可能是我国儿童肺炎的重要病原体 ,并存在较高比例的Mpn、Cpn双重感染者。 Objective:To explore the infection and combining infcction of Mpn and Cpn in children pneumonia of our country.Methods:Throat swab specimens were obtained in 80 normal children and 134 pneumonia children.Mpn and Cpn were detected by nested Polymerase chain reaction(nPCR).DNA sequencings,three cases of each Mpn and Cpn positive produce were detected and analysed with total automatic fluorescent instrument.Resulted:The positive rate of Mpn and Cpn were 30.0% and 35.0% in children pneumonia,2.5% and 2.5% in health children,the differnece is significant (p<0.01).Pneumonia children of Mpn and Cpn double positive were 27 cases,the pocitive rate was 20.1%.Conclusion:Mpn and Cpn may be important pathogen.There were high proportion double infection of Mpn and Cpn.
