摘要
用SOL GEL法在浮法玻璃表面制备了掺杂纳米银晶粒的二氧化硅薄膜。在室温下测定了其可见光透过率和光致发光谱。研究了样品的光致发光强度与纳米银的掺杂量。
Nanosized silver particles embedded silica films were prepared on float glass by sol\|gel process. Transmittance and photolouminescence spectrum of samples were measured at room temperature. Dependence of luminescent intensity on quantity of silver doping and drawing speed and thermal tread temperature has been investigated.
