摘要
研究了用液相和固相反应性共混使聚丙烯酸丁酯 (PBA)与羟基丁酸 戊酸共聚物(PHBV)复合后 ,其接枝率和均聚物含量对复合物相容性、结晶性和生物降解性的影响 ,比较了不同试样在土壤中降解后的重量损失和形貌变化 ,结果表明PBA的接枝不利于PHBV的结晶和生物降解性 ,当PHBV PBA含量比为 6 0 4 0时 ,接枝率下降和均聚物含量增加至 2 0 4 % ,导致复合物两相明显不溶 ,土壤中降解后重量损失大大下降 ,而且微生物对PHBV
Poly(phydroxybutyrate\|co\|valerate) (PHBV) and polybutylacrylate (PBA) were complexed by methods of reactive blending in liquid solution and solid phase.The weight loss and micromorphology of different samples degradation under soil were compared.The bioactive of PHBV to microorganisms was blocked when PBA graft to PHBV.When the content ratio of PHBV to PBA was 60 to 40,the graft ratio was 12\^9% and the content of self\|polymerization of PBA was 20\^4%,which resulted in miscompatable of PHBV phase and PBA PBA.The weight loss of PHBV/PBA(60/40) after degradation 60 day under soil decreased to,and the erosion of microorganism occurred at PHBV phase on the surface only.
