Study on Mesophase Pitch Made by Using Petroleum Pitch

研究了以兰化产石油沥青为原料制备中间相沥青的反应条件。借助红外分析探讨了反应时间、反应温度对制备中间相沥青反应历程的影响 ,确定了较为合适的反应条件 :1)反应温度在 370 - 380℃范围较合适 ;2 )若反应在相对较低的温度 370℃下进行 ,反应时间应在 2 6小时以上 ;3)若反应在 380℃下进行 ,反应时间应为 8-

Reacting process was studied by making mesophase pitch from petroleum pitch.That time and temperature how to effect on the structure and forming mechanism of mesopthase pitch were obtained by the means fo FI\|IR.A suitable reaction condition of making mesophase pitch was also obtained.This condition is that reaction temperature is at 370-380℃ and reaction time need 8-26h.When temperature is at 370℃, requiring reaction time is above 26 hours.When reaction temperature is at 380℃,reaction time need 8-16 hours.
