摘要
研究了AlSi7Mg合金的触变成形 .结果表明 :在电磁搅拌下 ,制备出半固态AlSi7Mg合金连铸坯料 ,合适的连铸速度为 1.5~ 3mm/s ;在变功率电磁感应加热下 ,半固态AlSi7Mg合金坯料的温度场可以达到很均匀 ,合适的加热温度为 5 80~ 5 90℃ ;在模具温度 10 0~ 30 0℃和比压 15~ 2 5MPa条件下 。
The semi solid thixoforging of nondendritic AlSi 7Mg alloy was studied. The results show that the billets of semi solid AlSi 7Mg alloy cast continuously at the rate of 1.5~3 mm/s can be made under electromagnetic stirring. The temperature field in the billets reheated to the liquid solid zone by induction reheating system can be homogeneus and the proper reheating temperature is from 580 ℃ to 590 ℃. When the die mould temperature is from 100 ℃ to 300 ℃ and the pressure is from 15 to 25 MPa, the master brake cylinders and scale valves can be thixoforged successfully.
