铸造凝固组织模拟的图形显示策略研究

采用CellularAutomaton方法对Al- 7%Si合金的微观组织进行了模拟计算 ,提出了从数字信息中提取晶粒轮廓的方法 ,并运用有关的图形学算法将晶粒组织在计算机上显示出来 .采用黑白显示与彩色显示两种技术表达了模拟计算结果 ,开发了图象的放缩、编辑与晶粒度的计算等功能 ,使微观模拟的后处理模块能较好地满足研究的需要 ,并可与实际的金相组织进行比较 。

More and more attentions are paid to the microstructure simulation of casting alloys, which can not only predict the microstructure of castings but also provide the latent releasing information for macro modeling of heat transfer. The modeling of microstructure of Al-7%Si alloy was carried out by the cellular automaton method, by which a set of numerical matrices can be obtained. The extracting method for grain boundary from numerical information has been presented and used to show the grain mapping on the computer. The modeling results can be described graphically by two techniques, i.e. color displaying and black & white displaying. In addition, many other functions have also been developed in the post process program, such as zooming in/out and pictures edition and the calculation of grain size. Modeling pictures can be compared with the metallographic pictures of real castings to validate the calculation accuracy.
