摘要
详细论述了采用不同铸造工艺制取的相同成分不同组织形貌的AlTiC中间合金 .通过对比试验发现 ,不同组织形貌的AlTiC中间合金细化工业纯铝时具有明显不同的细化效果 ,TiAl3 呈块状分布的AlTiC中间合金细化效果最好 ,其次是TiAl3 呈梅花状和片状分布的AlTiC中间合金 .借助金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪等手段对其组织进行了分析对比 ,探讨了组织遗传对细化效果的影响 .分析表明 :3种AlTiC中间合金的相组成相同 ,均由α -Al基体、TiAl3 和TiC组成 。
Different foundry technologies were applied to obtain AlTiC master alloys with the same composition and different structural morphologies. Comparative tests show that the AlTiC master alloys with different structural morphologies have apparently different effects of refinement for industrial pure aluminium. The AlTiC master alloy with TiAl 3 having block like distribution shows the best effect of refinement while alloys with TiAl 3 having petal like and flake like distributions are inferior in the effect of refinement. Analysis and comparison of the structures by optical microscopy、XRD and other means were performed, and probes into the effect of structural heredity on refinement were made. It can be seen that three kinds of master alloys without exception are composed of α-Al matrix and TiAl 3 and TiC, and the difference of refining effect is attributed to the degree of microstructure heredity.
