摘要
为了论述低辐射玻璃的辐射特征，简略阐述了低辐射膜层的物理基础和膜系结构， 着重从低辐射膜的制备工艺来看待国产相应设备在气氛隔离方面的不足，探讨了解决这一问 题的可行方法。
The physical principle and membranous structure of low emissivity fil m are introduced. The disadvantage in gas isolating on the home equipment of fil m producing process is discussed and a feasible method to solve it is also given .
