摘要
准确测定电工绝缘材料真空干燥过程中的含水量 ,并实现实时在线控制 ,在绝缘材料真空干燥工艺中具有重要的实践意义。本文论述了以 80 31单片机为核心的微机系统对电工绝缘材料真空干燥过程实时在线控制的实施办法 ,给出了硬件结构框图及软件功能模块。
It is important practically for insulation during vacuum drying to measure moisture levels accurately and to realize the control on line. In this paper, the means based on 8031 single chip microcomputer of real time controlling on line in the process of electrical insulation vacuum drying is discussed, and the hardware schematic diagram and some software function modules are given.
