本文对我国电子信息产业近十年的发展态势、“十五”规划和十年目标 ,列出图表作了扼要叙述 ,并对真空产业在面向电子信息产业需求的各项真空设备能及时提供良好的产品 ,提出四项市场需求量将会很大增长的电子信息基础元器件的今后发展。其生产工艺及设备需求作了扼要的介绍。

In this paper, the development of the electronic information industry in the recent ten years in our country, “the tenth five plan” and the object for ten years are briefly described in list. The good products in vacuum trade can be provided in time for the various vacuum equipments required by the electronic information industry,there are 4 kinds of the basic electronic compoments for the electronic information which its quantity will be enhanced greatly in the market. Here the production process and equipment requirements are simply introduced.
