摘要
本文介绍了电子束焊机的组成及工作原理 ,并对电子束焊机的控制原理和作用进行分析 ,提出用三菱公司的 FX系列的可编程逻辑控制器对电子束焊机进行逻辑控制。工作台控制则通过采用 PL C的高速输出口和 PL C特殊摸块功能技术 ,实现了工作台的精密控制。结合电子束焊机对控制系统要求及焊接工艺需要 ,分别对控制软件的作用和软件构成进行了详细的说明。控制系统硬件及软件经过设备的运行表明 :控制系统的硬、软件功能完善、工作可靠。
This paper reports and analyzes the form and working principle of electronic beam welder(EBW). And proposes type FX2N 80MT PLC made by MINSTIBUSH Corporation to control EBW. We use the high speed output function and special function black of PLC to realize to control the working table to move by rule and line. According to EBW's controlling systems and welding technology requirements. The form and function about hardware and software of EBW are described in detail in this paper. The machine's operation shows that they work reliably and the function is perfect.
