The congruence relations on R0-algebras is discussed. The relation between filters and congruence relations is established by studying a class of R0-algebras. Moreover, the congruence relations on multiplicative R0-algebras are studied. Finally, the congruence relations are defined by fuzzy filters, relations between filters and fuzzy filters are discovered and the quotient R0-algebras induced by the congruence relations is given.
