摘要
分析了K型焊接管状接头受轴向和面外弯曲载荷作用下的随机疲劳问题· 通过将焊趾处的表面裂纹的初始尺寸和材料常数作为随机变量处理 ,并计及焊缝的影响 ,共产生 50 0个随机样本 ,最终得到裂纹扩展寿命和裂纹形状变化影响的统计计算结果 ,并与有关实验数据比较 ,给予了回归分析· 同时 ,也考察了裂纹扩展规律·
Random fatigue of welded K_type tubular joints subjected to axial or out_of_plane bending load is analyzed. By considering the sizes of initial surface cracks and material constants as random variables with some probabilistic distributions, incorporating the effect of the weld, five hundred random samples are generated. Statistical computational results of life of crack propagation and effect of change of crack shape are finally obtained and compared with experimental data available based on a regression analysis. Meanwhile, crack propagation behaviors are also investigated.
