摘要
文章研究了以海藻酸钠固定的硝化细菌在不同底物条件下的硝化作用活性。结果表明 底物浓度的不同对固定化硝化细菌的硝化作用有较大的影响,要保持其较高的硝化活性,除必须 控制好温度及pH条件外,还必须保持其溶氧要求及适宜的碳、氮比;而NaCl浓度对硝化活性没 有显著影响。
The nitrification activities of fixed nitrobacteri are measured under different conditions. Results show that the concentration of substracts have great effects on the nitrification activities of fixed nitrobacteri. In addition to regulate the optimum temperature and pH,, the dissolved oxygen and suitable ratio of inorganic carbon and nitrogen is also necessary to control. Different concentration of sodium chloride has little effect on nitrification activities.
