摘要
文章从我国房地产企业信息化的现状出发，对房地产企业信息化的效益问题进行了探讨，并就 Ｉｎｔｒａｎｅｔ在房地产企业中的应用以及基于 Ｉｎｔｒａｎｅｔ的房地产企业管理信息综合环境的设计进行了研究。
With the current situations as the starting point, the article discusses the benefits of the informationization of the real estate enterprises. In addition, it probs further into the application of the Intranet in the real estate companies as well as the comprehensive environmental planing of their management information through the intranet.
