本文作者站在开发商的角度去理解、介绍天泓山庄小区由策划到规划的特色，着重叙述景观环境，并 探索创造南京住宅小区规划建筑设计新典范的思路，力求在成功地取得了“月牙湖国家小康示范工程”称号的基础 上再创一个“天泓山庄国家康居示范工程”’的新住宅形象。
