摘要
投标报价是一个斗智的过程 ,报价高 ,则拿不到合同 ,还浪费投标所用去的时间、人力、才力 ;报价低 ,虽然拿到了合同 ,却把钱留在了谈判桌上 .一个好的承包商必须高度重视投标标价工作 .本文提出国际承包工程项目投标中的最优报价问题 ,并设计了模型 ,证明了它的存在性 ;根据 H·赛蒙理论提出的报价区域、退让区域概念 ,进行了实例示范演算 .
Bidding is a tricky process. If this bid is too high, he would fail to get the contract and lose the time and money spent on preparing the proposal. When his bid is much lower than his rival's, he obtains the contract, but he leaves money on the table. A good contractor has to pay attention to the offer in a bid. Presented in this paper is not only a problem of the optimum price of the bid, but also its model as well. Its existence is proved. In this paper both the ofter area and the yield area are presented in a bid for the international construction.
