摘要
根据数据采样法的基本思想 ,提出了一种渐开线的插补算法 ,介绍了该方法的基本原理和实现方法 ,对插补的轮廓误差进行了分析 .该方法具有插补精度高、插补速度快的特点 ,能满足 CNC系统的要求 ,可提高渐开线轮廓零件的编程和加工效率 .
The interpolation algorithm for involution is proposed in accordance with the principle of data sampling. The result shows that the method is characteristic of a high speed and accuracy and can well meet the needs of the CNC system. The processing efficiency of involution is improved.
