摘要
大量工程实践表明 ,大体积混凝土施工由于水泥水化热引起混凝土温度剧烈变化极易产生温度裂缝 ,因此保证大体积混凝土施工质量的关键是防止或者减少温度裂缝。本工程通过对原材料进行优选和配合比优化 ;采用合适的保温和养护措施 ;采用合理的施工工艺和加强混凝土施工的组织与管理 ,保证了大体积混凝土的施工质量 :混凝土工作性好 ,满足施工需要 ;强度达到设计要求 ;经过检查 ,未发现有裂缝出现。
? A great lot of construction practice indicates that the key to ensuring engineering quality ofmass concrete is to prevent concrete from crack or to reduce crack. The cause is that temperature crack is vely easily produced because the temperature which is resulted from hydration heat changes acutely. To choose the materials carefully and optimize the mix proportion, to adopt rational construction technics and, to enhance the organizing and managing have ensured the constructionquality of this project: The good workability meet the consruction requirement; strength meetdesigning requirement; and no crack is found. 〔
