摘要
分析了气—气热管式换热器离散型设计计算方法产生误差的原因 ,在离散间壁式模型基础上 ,建立了考虑温度影响各种物性参数的新离散型设计模型。用平常运行的气—气热管式换热器的几何尺寸和实测数据 ,比较和分析了现存的各种设计计算方法所得理论值与实测值。结果表明新离散型设计计算方法更精确、更接近实际情况对实际计算有很好的理论指导作用。
Analyzes the reasosns of error in discrete shell-and-tube model,a new calculating method considering the influence of temperature on physical character of many parameters is put forward ,the quantity and the average temperature of heat exchange are calculated row by row.Experimented on normally running gas-gas heat pipe exchangers, compares and analyzes the calculating values of various methods with the practical measuring values.The results show that the new discrete calculating method used in heat pipe exchanger fits well with the fact,and it is more accurate than the former methods concerning this problem.This method is very instructive to practical computation
