摘要
本文针对目前建筑基坑工程的特点 ,首先论述了建筑基坑工程所存在的客观条件 ,据此说明了监理工程师应具备的能力 ,论述了如何运用技术经济的分析方法 ,对建筑基坑工程项目进行方案评审。
Based on the present characteristics of foundation engineering, the object condition of the foundation construction is discussed in this paper. On this ground, the abilities which supervision engineer must have are described. It is also expounded how to approve the project plan and evaluate economy of foundation construction by technical and economical methods.
