阐述了对一个运行9年的氢气钢瓶进行的全面检测。检测结果及安全分析表明,材质各项性能没有发生不良变化,虽存在严重的超标缺陷,但在当前的操作条件下仍能满足使用要求,这就为该设备的安全运行和为继续使用该设备提供了科学依据。
It describes the comprehensive inspect and safety analysis of the hydric steel cylinder, that has been in service for 9 years, the safety analysis of the inspect results shows that all the quality of the material used on the steel cylinders have not occured harmful variation, although the steel cylinders exising a great quantity of defects which are not allowed according to the specification do not affect the safe usage under present operating condition, it also provides scientific basis for enhancing the grade of the steel cylinder safety state.
