This thesis has briefly introduced the developing direction of the surface of high-layer-building out-wall to keep the temperature and a up-to-date keeping temperature system at the surface of out-wall-a outside keeping temperature wall of putting benzene board with steel net inside the board of the surface of out-wall formed in one time when irrigating concrete, and further explained the status in keeping temperature board, the function of the wall working to keep the temperature and loss the temperature, construction technology and the method preventing cracks from plastering.
