摘要
本文主要阐述了技术准备工作在企业产品开发中的地位和作用；技术准备工作的特点、内容及要求。同时，根据本人从事技术准备工作的实践，通过实例介绍几种先进的管理方法在技术准备工作中的应用。
This paper presents technique preparation's position and function in products develop- ment are also stated. In the meantime, in accordance with author's practical esperiences on techuique preparation, some applications of advanced management methods in technique preparation have been in- troduced by illustrating several examples.
