摘要
结合吴泾 60 0MW机组轴系振动特性进行理论分析 ,并对高速动平衡精度的控制、机组现场安装方法的选择、启动和带负荷过程中轴系振动的测量以及理论分析结果和实测数据进行了比较 ,最后应用国际 (ISO)标准予以评价 ,表明该机组的轴系振动特性是良好的。
In combination with Wujing 600MW steam turbine rotor system vibration characteristics, a theoretical analysis of a rotor system vibration has been made in this paper, and the high speed dynamic balance precision control, unit field installation alternatives, the measurement of the rotor system vibration in the process of start up and on load, the results of theoretical analysis and the measured data have also been compared. Finally, rotor system vibration characteristics of Wujing 600MW unit has been evaluated according to ISO. It is proved that the rotor system vibration characteristics is effective.
