摘要
对一种新型高压共轨式柴油机电控喷油器的结构参数对喷油器响应特性、喷油规律的影响进行了试验研究 ,设计了一种新型的液力平衡式电磁阀并对其结构参数进行了参数优化研究。给出了控制室结构参数对喷油器液力响应特性和喷油规律形状剪裁的研究结果 ,实现了喷油规律形状的灵活控制 ,因此称该喷油器为灵活控制喷油规律的共轨喷油器 ,简称 FIRCRI。
An experimental study has been completed which evaluated the influence of structure parameters of a high pressure common rail injector on the response ability and injection rate.In this study,structure parameters of hydraulic pressure balance valve were optimized which was newly designed for the common rail injector.Optimization of the control chamber in the common rail injector indicates that injection rate can be shaped flexibly by changing the parameters related to the control chamber,as a result we called the common rail injector as Flexible Injection Rate Common Rail Injector or FIRCRI.
