摘要
在初步筛选的基础上选定了聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维 (ACF)作为对象 ,研究了其本体和经硝酸浸渍后 ACF脱除 NO的性能 ,表明 ACF经硝酸浸渍后脱除 NO的性能有所提高。在含微量氧的条件下 ,认为 NO在碳纤维上的解离吸附是此反应的控制步骤 ,且 NO与碳纤维反应的初级产物为 CO2 ,据此按一级反应对试验数据做了动力学处理 ,得到了 NO与碳纤维反应的反应速率与温度的关联式。表明经硝酸浸渍处理后的 ACF脱除 NO的性能优于未处理的 ,并在发动机台架上对其进行了验证试验。
The polyacrylonitrile based activated carbon fiber (ACF) were selected to study their NO reduction properties.Experimental results showed that the NO reduction activity of HNO 3 dipped ACF is higher than that of non-treated one.In order to know the absorption properties of various oxygen containing gases on ACFs,TPD experiments carried out on ACF showed that the absorption abilities of CO?NO and O 2 of HNO 3 dipped ACFs are higher than that of non-dipped ACFs,but CO 2 has reverse result.A first order kinetic equation was put forward according to literature and experiment results to treat experimental datas,and Arrhenius equations for NO reduction of four different ACFs were obtained.Results showed that NO reduction activity of HNO 3 dipped ACF always higher than that of non-dipped one.A new catalytic converter loaded with non-treat ACF or HNO 3 dipped ACF was applied in an engine and the bench test results of experiments showed that the NO reduction activity of HNO 3 dipped ACF is higher than non-treated ACF.
