摘要
传热计算模型中考虑了柴油机气缸内对流、辐射和导热 3个方面的传热 ,在计算缸内传热情况时 ,气缸内对流传热采用紊流模型 ,辐射传热采用火焰模型 ,导热采用周期性瞬态传热模型 ,并考虑三者之间的耦合关系 ,得到了准确的计算结果。对 15 0 HP柴油机进行了计算和试验 ,取得了良好效果。
Accuracy of heat transfer calculation has very important influence on integral simulation accuracy,and it also has real meaning for improvement of diesel engine,calculation of heat load and estimation of heat load malfunction.In the paper three kinds of heat transfer models in the cylinder of diesel engine have been considered,namely convection,radiation and thermal conductance.Turbulent model in convection,fire model in radiation and periodic transient conductance model in thermal conductance and coupled relations among three models have been considered.Results of calculation and experiment on a 150HP diesel engine,indicated that the model had good suitability.
