摘要
作者对用于与叉车配套的柴油机改装的燃用LPG单燃料发动机进行试验研究 ,结果表明只要合理设计和选择燃烧系统、LPG系统、压缩比及配气相位 ,改装后的LPG发动机可以获得与原柴油机相同功率和扭矩 ,碳烟排放近于零 ,其他有害废气污染物也有明显改善。这对于仓库、车间、码头运作的工程机械 ,采用LPG发动机可以大大改善环境条件。这一技术同样可以用于城市柴油车辆的改造。
The experimental investigation on a LPG single fuel engine, which is refitted from a forklift diesel engine , has been carried out. The results indicate that as only as the combustion system,the compression ratio, LPG system and Valve timing are selected correctly,the power and torque of the LPG engine can get the same one as the original diesel engine . Meanwhile the other exhaust emission of the LPG engine may get significant improvement and the smoke emission almost enquires zero. In the case of engineering working in the storehouse, workshop, and dock, the environment could be obviously improved by using the LPG engine. This kind of technology can also be used to reform city diesel cars.
