摘要
分析了美国B&W公司设计制造的600MW机组锅炉DRB-XCL型低NOX双调风燃烧器的结构特点,通过燃烧器冷热态试验,全面掌握DRB-XCL型低NOX双调风燃烧器的运行特性。从燃烧器试验结果看,这种DRB-XCL型低NOX双调风燃烧器具有燃烧效率高、对煤种适应性广、NOX生成水平低、低负荷稳燃能力强的特点。采用合理的运行方式,锅炉效率达到93.9%。对DRB-XCL型燃烧器的试验研究结果,可为我国旋流燃烧器的设计和技术改造提供参考。
Structure characteristics of the low NOX dual-air burner made by B&W in U.S.A. are analyzed. Trough cold and hot state tests of burner, the operation characteristics of the burner were found out. Testing results showed that the burner featured high combustion efficiency, wide adaptability to coal ranks, low NOx formation and low load firing stability. Using reasonable operation manner, boiler efficiency can reach 93.9%. The experimental study of the burner could be given for design and technical retrofit of swirl burner as reference.
