采用三维壳体有限元计算方法对 1 2 5MW汽轮机低压内缸三维温度场、应力场进行了计算分析。对薄体结构的低压内缸进行了有限元分析建模、网格划分 ;在应力分析过程中采用与温度场相同的有限元网格 ,减少了工作量 ,提高了温度场和热应力场的计算精度和计算速度。图 7表 2参
This paper calculates and analyzes the temperature field and stress field by 3 D shell finite element method of 125MW steam turbine's low pressure inner casing. Contributing mold of finite shell structure low pressure inner casing's element analysis; Calculating and analyzing the temperature field and stress field use the same element net; Reducing labor intensity, raising the precision and increasing speed of calculating the temperature field and stress field.
