低合金钢焊缝韧脆转变区断裂韧性J_(IC)试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 对压力容器用低合金钢 4 0 mm1 6Mn R焊缝以及核容器用低合金钢 2 0 0 mm A50 8- 焊缝在韧脆转变区进行了断裂力学试验研究 ,采用单试样法测试了不同低温下焊缝的弹塑性断裂韧性 JIc。试验表明 :焊缝断裂韧性 JIc随温度的下降有明显的韧脆转变特性 ,同时还发现在 JIc迅速下降之前出现双峰的变化 ,与焊缝冲击功 AKV随温度的韧脆转变规律相比有明显不同 ,因此焊缝断裂韧性 JIc随温度的变化也有其本身固有的韧脆转变规律。图 8表 6参 Elasto plasticity fracture toughness J Ic was Investigated in ductile brittle transition region under different low temperature by single test for material which including of weld metal of 40mm16MnR spherically vessel and the weld metal of 200mmA508 Ⅲ of nuclear vessel, the test reult is that the change of fracture toughness J Ic is obviously characterized by ductile brittle transition with temperature drop, at the same time, phenomenon of ‘Camel Humps’ was found in the course of fracture toughness change with temperature before J Ic sharply dropped, which are remarkably different with the change rule of charpy V notch impact energy A KV , so, elasto plasticity fracture toughness J Ic of low alloy high strength weld metal has the own rule of ductile brittle transtion.
