摘要
研究了添加剂对喷雾干燥烟气脱硫效率的影响 ,讨论了添加剂增进脱硫效果的机理。试验结果表明 :吸湿性添加剂和氧化剂以及提高石灰溶解速率的添加剂对于提高脱硫效率具有明显的效果 ;缓冲剂效果不明显。在合适的添加剂和运行状况下 ,对于 SO2 浓度较高的烟气脱硫效率普遍超过 90 % .图 7表 2参
Influences of multi components solutions additives on spray drying flue gas desulfurization efficiency have been experimentally investigated. In addition, the mechanism of desulfurization effi ciency enhancement has been analyzed. It is indicated that hygroscopic additives, oxidant and dissolution promoters can improve desulfurization efficiency markedly. Buffering agents have no influence on flue gas desulfurization. It is conclued that at suitable process condition and additives as high as 90% efficiency can be got. Figs 7, tables 2 and refs 6.
