内燃机气缸内稳态滚流运动沿气缸圆周分布特性研究

摘要 采用内置式滚流测量装置对CA110 2发动机的四种气缸盖进行了滚流测量试验 ,主要测量不同气门升程下气缸内无因次滚流比沿气缸圆周的分布情况 ,同时采用Ricardo方法计算了进气终了滚流比沿气缸圆周的分布情况。结果表明 :要在全升程范围内形成方向稳定的滚流运动 ,必须对进气流采取适当的导流措施 ;气缸内气体的滚流运动强度沿气缸圆周基本按余弦或正弦方式分布 ,并且 。 Tumble measuring tests were carried with build-in tumble measuring device on four kinds of cylinder head of CA1102 engine. The non-dimensional tumble ratio distrbution around cylinder circle under different valve lifts were mainly measured and then calculated by Ricardo's method at the end of inlet. The results show that some inlet guiding measures must be adopted to create the tumble movement with steady flow direction in all valve lift range, and the in-cylinder tumble movement intensity was distributed around the circle of cylinder as sine or cosine function. They also show that the vectors of in-cylinder tumble movement intensity of cylinder heads with different inlet dimensions were different.
