摘要
提出了一种计算ω型燃烧室火力面辐射热流量分布的数学方法。计算用蒙特卡洛法不直接求解辐射能量方程的多重积分 ,而是通过构造概率模型 ,计算积分的统计值 ,能很好地用于计算复杂形体的空间辐射角系数。并结合气缸内辐射多区多维模型 ,将ω型燃烧室进行数学逼近处理 。
A new mathematical method for calculating distribution of radiation heat Flux on fire face of ω-Combustion Chamber of diesel engines has been developed. It uses the Monte-Carlo method to calculate the geometrical shape/absorption factors rather than directly to solve complex multiple integral equations of radiation heat transfer.. This method can be used to calculate the factors of space radiation angle as well. By means of a multi zone and multidimensions radiation heat transfer pattern, the surgace of ω Combustion Chamber is also divided into a set of elements. Finally, the results of calculating radiation heat flux distribution have been presented in this paper.
