摘要
本文首次报导提拉法生长的钛-镁共掺铌酸锂晶体(Ti,Mg:LiNbO_3)用于Q开关Nd:YAG激光器1.064μm辐射的腔内双通倍频,获得了61%的能量转换效率。
This paper reports that Ti, Mg : LiNbO_3 crystal grown by Czochralski method has been used for two-pass intracavity fre- quency doubling of 1.064μm radiation of a Q-switched Nd : YAG laser for the first time to our knowledge. The energy conversion efficiency of 61% has been obtained.
