体外反搏治疗“石街”的疗效观察

OBSERVATION ON CURATIVE EFFECT IN TREATING"STONE TERRACE" BY EXTERNAL COUNTERPPULSATION

目的 :探索体外反搏治疗“石街”的临床效果。方法 :采用华南牌 WTB- V型反搏装置对 2 9例体外冲击波碎石后形成“石街”的病人体外反搏治疗。结果 :2 9例病人中 ,14例经过 3次 ECP,10例经过 7次ECP治疗 ,结石完全排出 (腹平片证实 ) ,5例病人“石街”龙头石较大 ,行 ESM击碎龙头石后 ,再行 ECP治疗 ,其中 3例经 3次 ,2例经 5次治疗后 ,结石完全排出。结论 :体外反搏动术治疗“石街”具有简单、安全、有效、无创伤的优点。

Objectiv:To investigate the curative effect clinically on treating stone terrace by extracorporeal cunterpulsation(ECF).Methods:29 cases of patients who suffered from calculus which was occurred as a result of blasting the kidney stone were treated by extracorporeal blast wave with model WFB V instrument.Results:Among 29 patients,after 3 time treatments,the stones were dliminated first from 14 patients and then by 7 time treatments the stones were dischared from 10 patients.The bigger tap stone from the stone terrace in 5 patients firstly were chosen as the targets to be smshed and then treated the patients with ECP.3 cases with 3 time treatment,5 cases with 2 time treatmment.Conclusions:The investigation shows that the extracorporeal shock wave lithopripsy(ESWL) is a safe,simple and effective methed for treating the calcuosis.
