High power laser--reflector with semiconductor freezer

本文研究了用半导体致冷器冷却高功率激光反射器的情况,结果表明,使用这类冷却系统不会产生通常使用水流冷却系统伴随的镜面畸变和抖动。

In this paper,a high power laser reflector with a semi- conduction freezer is discussed.Using the freezer,the distortion and vibration of the reflector produced in conventional water-colding sys- tem are not generated.
