苯丙胺类兴奋剂滥用情况调查

目的 了解苯丙胺类兴奋剂(ATS)的滥用情况。方法 从自愿戒毒者中寻问出ATS使用者,采用目的抽样方法收集滥用者,以包含定式和开放性问卷进行晤谈。结果 被调查者中有95％在酒吧、俱乐部使用ATS,绝大部分为口服。80％的人近1年的使用次数少于10次。摇头丸每次平均使用量约0.86±0.25片,多随啤酒、红酒进服。85％的人使用ATS是为了提高情绪便自己快乐。75％以上者使用ATS后出现焦虑、紧张、疲劳、食欲减退等不舒服感。40％者不打算再使用ATS。结论 在内陆地区AIS的滥用尚未形成规模化。

Objective To explore the abuse status of the Amfetamines (ATS) .Methods Sample was from volunteer abstinencers those who used ATS by objective sampling. A structured and opened questionnaire was used.Results 95% persons those were investigated had used ATS by oral with beer and wine in bars and clubs.80% of them used less than 10 times in recent one year. Mean dose was 0.86±0.25 pill. 85% of ATS users were for good mood .Over75% of users felt anxious, tense, fatigue ,anorexia after administration.40% of users didn't want to use ATS again. Conclu- slons The abuse of ATS in the mainland haven't formed large scale.
