石杉碱甲胶囊治疗增龄相关记忆减退症(良性记忆障碍)双盲对照研究

Huperzine- A capsule vs Huperzine - A in treatment of age - associated memory impairment with a doubleblind study

目的 探讨石杉碱甲胶囊治疗增龄相关记忆减退症(良性记忆障碍)的临床疗效及不良反应。方法 与双益平片剂为对照药,采用多中心前瞻性随机双育方法;两组共计54例;观察期为8周;分别于入组时、第2、4、6周及结束时测查韦氏记忆量表(WMS)、临床疗效总评量表(CGI)、简易智力状态检查表(MMSE)、副反应量表(TESS)及多项实验室检查。结果 试验组(胶囊组)与对照组(片剂组)治疗后两组间WMS评分提高分值无显著差异,总有效率分别为63.64％和65.22％,临床疗效与不良反应两组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 石杉碱甲胶囊是一有效的促智药,能改善增龄相关记忆减退症(AAMI)的认知功能,而且安全性好。

Objectives To compare the efficacy and safety between Huperzine - A capsule vs Huperzine - A tablet on Age - Associated Memory Impaiment (AAMI). Methods This was a randomized double - blind comparative study. Results 22 patients treated by capsule and 23 patients treated by tablet had been observed for 8 weeks. They were all examined by WMS, MMSE,TESS and some examinadons of laboratory at the week ends of the second,fourth , sixth and eight. Each group reached significant increase on total scores of WMS and MMSE, but they showed no significant difference between two groups. The effective rate of capsule group was 63.64 % and that of tablet group was 65.22% . The efficacy and side effects showed no significant difference between two groups. Conclusions Huperzine - A capsule was a good nootropics that could improve the cognition of the patients with AAMI. It also was safe.
