单元大分束角双反射偏光分束镜研制

The study of single unit bireflective polarization beam-spilitting prism with splitting angle

通过对双反射偏光分束镜中 o、e 光的分裂角与晶体光轴取向和棱镜切角关系的分析,给出了一种可获得大分束角的单元结构双反射偏光分束镜设计。

The dependence of splitting angle between o and e light on the orientation of optical axis and cut angle of the bireflective po- larization beam-splitting prism is discussed,A new kind of single unit bireflective beam-splitting polarization prism which can give a larger splitting angle is presented in this paper.
