多曲方丝弓技术矫治安氏Ⅲ类错的临床观察

Clinical Observation and Therapeutic Analysis of Multiloop Edgewise Archwire Correction of Angle class Ⅲ Malocclusion

目的 :分析多曲方丝弓技术对安氏Ⅲ类错牙合的矫治特点探讨其作用原理。总结临床的适用证、方法及时机的选择。方法 :运用多曲方丝弓技术对安氏Ⅲ类错牙合患者进行反覆牙合、反覆盖、上后牙的颊向开展和调整磨牙关系的矫治。结果 :1 9例安氏Ⅲ类错牙合患者均在较短的时间内取得了满意的疗效。结论 :多曲方丝弓技术用于安氏Ⅲ类错牙合机理独特、适宜 ,只要充分利用其矫治原理 ,选择合适的适应证 ,按照使用要求操作并取得患者的合作 ,即可得到满意的疗效。

Objective:To use multiloop edgewise archwire [MEAW] to correct Angle class Ⅲ malocclusion and summarize its effects and principles. Methods:19 cases of class Ⅲ malocclusion were chosen and treated with MEAW technique. Results:19 cases of class Ⅲ malocclusion were corrected with satisfactory results in a short time. Conclusion:with full understanding of correcting principle of the archwire for class Ⅲ malocclusion and active cooperation of the patient, cases of class Ⅲ malocclusion including mild and moderate skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion can be treated succes fully by MEAW technique.
