摘要
目的 :探讨人参皂苷Rg3对胃癌诱导血管内皮细胞 (VEC)增殖的抑制作用。方法 :用MTT法检测不同浓度Rg3对VEC、胃癌MKN 4 5细胞增殖及MKN 4 5细胞诱导VEC增殖的影响。结果 :Rg3浓度为 0 0 313~ 0 5mmol/L时 ,对VEC及MKN 4 5细胞增殖没有影响 (P >0 0 5) ;经 0 0 313~ 0 5mmol/LRg3作用后的MKN 4 5细胞条件培养液对VEC增殖没有影响 (P >0 0 5) ;Rg3浓度为 0 12 5~0 5mmol/L时 ,对MKN 4 5细胞条件培养液诱导的VEC增殖有抑制作用 (P <0 0 1) ,抑制率为13 10 %~ 77 38%。结论 :人参皂苷Rg3对胃癌细胞条件培养液诱导的VEC增殖具有抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the inhibition effect of panaxoside Rg3 on vascular endothelial cell (VEC) proliferation induced by gastric carcinoma.Methods Inhibition effects of panaxoside Rg3 on proliferation of VEC,gastric carcinoma MKN 45 cell and VEC proliferation induced by MKN 45 cell were analysed with MTT method.Results When the concentration of panaxoside Rg3 was in the range of 0.031 3-0.5 mmol/L,there was no influence on VEC and MKN 45 cell proliferaton ( P> 0 05);There was also no influence on VEC proliferation induced by MKN 45 cell in conditional cultured medium in 0.031 3-0.5 mmol/L panaxoside Rg3 ( P> 0 05).When the concentration of panaxoside Rg3 was 0.125-0.5 mmol/L,it can inhibit VEC proliferaton induced by conditional cultured medium of MKN 45 cell( P< 0 01),the inhibition rate was 13 10%-77.38%.Conclusion Panaxoside Rg3 can inhibit VEC proliferation induced by conditional cultured medium of gastric carcinoma cell.
