IL-1_β、IL-8在非小细胞肺癌中的病理学和临床意义

Pathological and Clinical Significance Research of IL-1_β、IL-8 in Nonsmall Cell Lung Carcinoma

目的 :研究白细胞介素 1β(IL 1β)、白细胞介素 8(IL 8)在非小细胞肺癌中的阳性率及其与肺癌组织学类型、分化程度和病理TNM分期等的关系。方法 :以术后大体肺石腊包埋组织为材料 ,用免疫组化方法测定了IL 1β、IL 8在肺癌细胞中的染色情况。 结果 :共选择 88例肺癌患者 ,IL 1β、IL 8的阳性率分别是 52例 (59% )、4 9例 (56 % )。IL 1β、IL 8与肺癌组织学类型、分化程度无明确的关系 (P >0 0 5)。Ⅰ期肺癌细胞IL 1β、IL 8染色的阳性率高于Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期肺癌 (P <0 0 5)。 结论 :IL 1β、IL 8在Ⅰ期肺癌的阳性率高于Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期肺癌 ,说明早期肺癌患者的细胞因子反应状态和免疫功能较好。

Objective To investigate the immunopositive rate of interleukin 1β(IL 1β),interleukin 8(IL 8) in nonsmall cell lung carcinoma and the correlation between IL 1β,IL 8 immunopositivity and histological types,differentiation grade and pathological TNM stage.Methods IL 1β,IL 8 in carcinoma cells were determined in postoperative paraffin embedded specimen with immunohistochemistry.Results 88 patients comprised of 34 squamous cell carcinomas and 54 adenocarcinomas were selected.Of the 88 nonsmall cell lung carcinomas,positivity for IL 1β,IL 8 was found in 52(59%) and 49(56%) cases,respectively,There was no significant difference between squamous cell carcinomas and adenocarcinomas in the frequency of immunopositivity of IL 1β,IL 8( P >0 05).Of the 34 cases of squamous cell lung carcinomas,positivity for IL 1β,IL 8 was found in 16(47%) and 19(56%) cases, respectively;54 adenocarcinomas,positivity for IL 1β,IL 8 in 36(67%) and 30(56%) cases,respectively,There was no significant difference between differentiation grade and immunopositive rate of IL 1β,IL 8 ( P >0 05).There was a significant difference between the frequency of immunopositivity of IL 1β,IL 8 and TNM stage of non small cell lung carcinomas ( P <0 05).Positivity for IL 1β in Stage Ⅰ,Stage Ⅱ,Stage Ⅲ was found in 22(79%),12(60%),18(45%),respectively.Positivity for IL 8 in Stage Ⅰ,Stage Ⅱ,Stage Ⅲ was found in 21(75%),9(45%),19(48%),respectively.Conclusions Cytokines may have a better response condition to lung carcinoma cells in early stage,the patients in early stage may have a better immmune function condition.
