摘要
本文研究了4Cr5MoV1Si 钢表面经连续 CO_2激光快速熔凝处理后的显微组织。结果表明,熔凝区为外延生长的细小胞状晶和胞状树枝晶,成分均匀,碳化物全部熔化,消除了夹杂物,其组织为马氏体,且其中的板条马氏体数量较该钢普通淬火的多。
The microstructure of 4Cr5MoV1Si steel treated by means of CO_2 laser rapid melting was studied.The results show that the mel- ted region is fine extensional growing cellular crystals and cellular den- drite crystals.In the melted region,the distribution of alloying elements is homogeneous,all carbides are melted and inclusions are eliminated. The microstructure of the melted region is martensite and the amount of lath martensite is more than that of the steel usually quenched.
