硝酸酯类药物对高血压患者大动脉顺应性的影响

Effect of Nitrates Administration on Large Artery Compliance in Patients with Essential Hypertension

目的:评价长效硝酸酯类药物IS-5-MN对高血压患者大动脉顺应性的影响。方法:PWV自动侧量系统测定颈动脉-股动脉PWV作为评价大动脉顺应性的指标。对17例原发性高血压患者进行了研究,平均年龄(62.53±7.94)岁。研究期间在维持原降压治疗不变的情况下,加用IS-5-MN(30mg/d)。分别在治疗2周和4周后重复PWV测定。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗2周和4周后收缩压、舒张压、脉压和心率无显著性差异。颈动脉-股动脉PWV在治疗2周和4周后均显著降低(分别为P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论:长效硝酸酯类药物能有效地改善高血压患者的大动脉顺应性,对预防高血压患者的远期心血管并发症有重要临床价值。

Objective: To evaluate clinical efficacy of long - acting nitrates Isosorbide - 5 - Mononitrate (IS - MN,) on large artery compliance in patients with essential hypertension Methods: Assessment of large arterial compliance was by automatic noninvasive Measurement of the carotid - femoral pulse wave velocity (PWV) . 17 essential hypertensive patients aged (62.53±7.94) years (mean±SD)who was taking long term antihypertensive therapy were included in this trial. PWV measurement were carried out after 2 weeks and 4weeks IS - 5 - MN(30mg once daily )oral administration together with previous therapy. Results: After 2 weeks and 4 weeks treatment, compared with baseline, systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure, pulse pressure and heart rate had no significant changes The carotid - femoral PWV decreased significantly after 2 weeks and 4 weeks treatment {P<0.05,P<0.05 ,repec-tively ) .Conclusion: long acting nitrates has potential value in improving large artery compliance in hypertensive patients, it could be used as an effective drug in preventing future cardiovascular complications in patients with essential hypertension
